I'm so bloddy tired, I fell asleep at the computer around midnight while trying to rush out my PW.

School was tiring enough, then ODAC, where we went to SMU, and dinner. I reached home at almost 10pm.

That was when my sister told me my grandmother passed away.


I swear, I was too tired to even feel shocked. By the time I bathed and attempted to start on my PW, my eyes could barely open. I couldn't take it so I went to sleep in the end, which is why I'm rushing it out right now.

Yea, even though I'm not going to school today. Stupid 10am deadline.
I hate how the MOE can be so bloddy inflexible.

so I went to photocopy the relevant pages during lunchtime.
Or at least, what I thought was relevant.

Apparently I was a chapter behind.
I sit in the middle of the row anyway so yea, didn't get caught! Imagine if i did; second offence, whoa, maybe it'll be copy 20 pages this time or smth.

With Desiree, haha. Collected our certs, saw MsMartens and our VP sharing some story, and MsMartens was like, "Go to JC already, the skirts all go up the thigh"
Then some time later, she said "Whoa, black socks. In JC anything goes, huh?"

My skirt is like, 1cm above my knee only okay.

Revisited Drama, haha, cos I saw Joy at the gate when she was leaving and I asked her where Drama was. They were like doing their SYF review or smth lah, I felt so intrusive.
Like suddenly pop in while MsKang talking.
And you knwo what? Cos the drama room has glass doors and is divided into two sections right, I stopped by the first glass door I saw and waved.
And those people were like, unfamiliar (I only noticed after waving for 5secs or so), then this random old caucasian guy appeared. That, was when I realised I was waving to some unknown people. HAHA, embarrassingggg.

Anyway, I went in by the main way which was where all the people I knew where, and I was feeling so uncertain as I stepped in.
I was thinking; would they still recognise me? Cos I skipped almost the entire sec4 year. And I kinda hated Drama last time so I was pretty unenthu..so yea...

When they finally had their attention on me, (actually when I first stepped in only MsKang saw me and just stared at me) and there was this one second of silence.
Then suddenly the small group of them went CONSTANCE! AHHHHHH!
Okay, kinda relieved that they remember me. :D
They all said I look very different, LOL. Tanner right! *grins*

Randi was there too! HAHA.

This year, SACSS' Drama's SYF will be damnnnn cool. Although I haven't watched it, what they were discussing about (like areas for improvement and such) was a good enough teaser. OMG, I wanna watch, sounds so exciting.

During their 5min break we were chatting and they were getting fascinated by my Olevel stuff and JC life. HAHA, well at the very least, they were seemingly fascinated.

I think I hugged every one of them before leaving, hahaa, I ran like 2km for PE today. It's amazing how no one said I stank, if I even did. :)

OHOH, today, was the first time I changed from PE attire to half-u in class. HAHA. I miss doing that in SAC. In JC it's like "Eh, check if anyone gonna come in, okay? I change here *hides behind cupboard door*"
In SAC, we just... take out.

Ahh, I actually miss SAC a bit, even though I live right next to it and I see it practically everyday. After all, it's not the school I miss; it's the people.

today was the class outing for 1A04!!

Nah, actually I think it can't even be considered a CLASS outing cos only like what, me, desiree, nic, vincci, KJ, ZL, priscilla, rebekah, zhiming, and our two OGLs, GH and florence.

Yeah, like out of 22 people.
I was damn sad last night actually. I was thinking why people don't reciprocate my intentions of organising a class outing and I honestly wanted to give up being the class' event planner.
Oh wait, that position of event planner was like, subconsciously adopted by myself (sounds damn bhb, I know) and somehow accepted by the class?
Not like I get to go to camp ASPIRE or get the white shirt for that anyway so I was asking myself why the hell did I even bother when people don't bother just turning up. Some didn't even bother telling me if they could come or not.

But I guess I got to be reasonable. If they really got something else on, it's partly my fault for choosing a bad day. If they choose to cook up some fake reason not to come, then it's really their own loss with that kinda attitude. I guess I'm just not being used to being rejected so many times over, so yea, I admit I do feel a bit bitter inside still, that more than half the class couldn't make it.


Then again, it's really quite sweet of those people who tried making it for dinner even though they couldn't join us in the day. :)
HAHA, I know I was acting pissed off and you all actually got convinced. Proves my acting skills eh? :D Actually it was Nic's idea to act pissed, lol.

And, sorry to the people who tried calling and msging me and got no reply, as well as the people who waited super long for me; I was having ODAC. Actually I told you all already right?

Anyway, at Sentosa we played a bit of frisbee, volleyball, and the sand and sea (cos it's Sentosa?). Walking to 7-eleven is damn far lah, somehow it didn't occur to us that we could've taken the tram until we finished walking already. And the road was freaking pokey and hot lah! But I think ODAC made my soles a bit thicker already. I got higher tolerance than my two OGLs lorr. :)

The guys did their classic act of building sick sand sculptures, then decided to take it a step further by victimising nic, HAHA.
All the pics are on facebook man. He's gonna be remembered for that for a long time.

Decided to leave, and some of them went to shower. And that was the first time I saw the Sentosa toilet having a queue. Seriously.

Took the tram after waiting super long for the peopl who wanted to shower, and when we all managed to fit into the super packed tram, we looked around and realised; linette was missing!
LOL, she was left behind lah! omg, I felt so bad.
So we got off at the beach station and waited for her.

Joined the rest for dinner at vivo, we all tookaway food and gathered at the top floor, at that gallery-looking place.
Priscilla and linette were damn cute, they bought a mat from daiso to realise they actually didn;t need it cos we weren't sitting on grass after all. LOL.

Had some conversations and jokes after (and actually also while) eating, and I was procrastinating cos I didn't wanna go home.

But I'm still home nowww. :)

And Nicholas Seow Weiming, you seriously scare me man, so hyper then so emo.

When: Thursday (finalized)
Where: Sentosa, dinner at Vivo.
Those going to Sentosa, meet at Harbourfront MRT station at 11am.
If you can't come at 11am, you guys can meet me a bit later at the MRT station (for example, if you have CCA like me).
Dinner would be at 6pm, at Vivo City.

If you can't come for the Sentosa thing, try coming for the dinner at least, or vice versa. :)

I didn;t study for the quiz yesterday, so I was cramign everything in the bus to school.

Met at Bishan, OH, the bloddy fatass took my ezlink card. So I was struggling the day with COINS. I swear homicide someday.

Ate at Long John's, gossiped, discussed, whatever, then went to walk around the mall. We spent almost half an hour in Precious Thots and walked out without buying anything, HAHA. Was talking some 'serious' stuff that I can't disclose here..so yea..

Trained home with Desiree, and she said there was this MRT station that is there but isn't in use so the train just drives past it.
Cooool, one day we all go camp there.

Apparently the JC1 ODAC cycling trip was cancelled cos it was raining.
I think.
Ahh, I really need to learn how to cycle.


I got caught again for not doing my hist homework. Eesh, I really didn't know it was on a new question already okay..
And I found out, muimui really had too high expectations back then. We did a question in class, and I was barely using my brain in doing it, then the teacher said my answer was a relatively good answer. Whoa, if it were muimui she would be pinpointng every single imperfection. I'm so not used to this. How can H2 geog be less ...anal than O level pure geog? Oh man, teachers here are so different.


After school, I went to the study cos I received a msg during lunch that the ODAC thing was cancelled and I sat there for two hours plus straight.
Did a bit of GP journal, then started on my hist thing. My hand cramped halfway. Seriously.

Went up to my locker and saw KJ, ZL, Reuben and Wesley and they tried to drag me to play badminton with them. I'm very nice so I obliged, despite my disgusting toe.

Went down to the assembly area to play, and I seriously suck at badminton. I can't surf properly when that's supposed to be the most basic thing ever. I actually have two badminton rackets at home, but they have been rotting on top of my cupboard since primary school. So yea, I can be considered as a badminton newbie (or n00b, if you prefer).

Desiree joined us after her Runner's Club thing, then after a bit more badminton, they all went sprinting. I obviously can't sprint since I can barely walk well. :(
And ZL has a ridiculous way of sprinting. His face while running is also very spas. His face is forever a joke, as quoted from Damien. HAHHAA. *remembers the swing thing*


After everything, ZL and Priscilla went to shower, so Desiree and I went to try find food but all the cafes were closed already. By the time we were back, KJ and this other guy, Marcus were conspiring against ZL already. (They took his shoes and shirt while he was showering HAHAHA.)
They threw his socks into the plants also.
Evil lah they.


By the time I gothome, it was 8 plus already.
I miss reaching home at 2plus in sec school..

This holiday I'd better finish up all my homework (as well as the 'punishment' ones)
Well in case you did't know, I got caught 3 times within 2 weeks for not doing homework.
For geog, I was made to do a mindmap, econs, I was nearly made to copy the answers twice over, but I was given a chance so yea, not really counted, and hist,

The cause of my handcramp yesterday; copy the entire handout. When handwritten, it's about 7-8 pages, I think.

And I suppose students in Singapore would never understand the true meaning of Holidays.
Extra lessons/ remedials/ tutorials,
Copious amounts of 'HOLIDAY' assignments.

More than enough to kill the definition of holidays.

Ahh, my toe, instead of recovering, got worse.

So I missed step training during ODAC today.
We went to block 375 which was 18 storeys high, and I, proclaimed VIP by MsLiu, took the lift all the way up. HAHA.

ODACians had to run up to the 18th storey then take the lift down. As in four sets lah.
All that time when they were struggling up the total of 72 storeys, I was standing at the door of the top floor.
Not as priveleged as you think. If given a choice, I seriously rather run with them.
Seriously! HAHA.

Walked (or rather, half-limped) back to school, where I saw my stupid (nah, just kidding) classmates in CCC walking out of school. They damn slack can. How on earth do they find gratification man.

They did their cool-down, which was 2 rounds round the track. Augustus came back to ODAC for a while and made me show him my toe.
He went EE.
WTH. HAHHAHA.

Debrief!
MsLiu made each and every one of us stand up and say what we want for our birthday with the budget of $10.
First thing that came to mind was obviously FOOD.
So I thought of McFlurry, which was only $2, so I was like from Monday to Friday, buy me one.
Typical. :D

Dinner on tues with Nic, Elysebeth and Desiree was kinda hilarious. :D

Right now I still gotta bathe, do my geog mindmap (my extra homework for not doing the previous homework), and study for econs test. Read up on history also. Actually GP journal entry too.


And yes, I still love my school, class and CCA!

Okay, so friday was lunch with Dewaine cos of the early dismissal (A level results).
Planned to meet at Eastpoint, and Dewaine Chole Lee Xueyi said meet at 1plus/2pm.

I reached at 1.40pm, so I just sat at the top floor and stoned. Attempted reading my GP articles but nothing went in so yea.

Guess what time that girl came?
3.15pm.


Fantastic.
Everytime I got to wait at least 20mins for her can, since sec3 till now.

But we still got to meet. However pissed I was feeling while sitting at the top floor, it all disappeared when I saw her. Man, this sounds so cheesy.

She bought her bubbletea and I said I was starving cos I waited so long for her/my lunch so we went to KFC.
The woman taking orders asked me if I was a student when I was wearing my school uniform. She even asked for my student pass. LOL.

Caught up with each other while eating, and were discussing about the people waiting for the luozhixing thing.
Not gonna share with you the details, but we, being people who don't listen to chinese songs at all, were not that fond of these people blocking the way in the already cramped Eastpoint for a chinese idol.
I mean, even if it were Ne-yo coming I wouldn't come hours before the actual thing. Call me shallow but I think watching him on youtube might be the same.


So yea, left for Bugis for dinner/ window shopping (cos I was broke).
Reached home at about 10pm.

If I remember correctly, the bill came to about $137.
HAHA. Satisfying enough.

And today I actually got caught for falling into a complete state of stonification during econs. I swear it wasn't intentional.
And and, my toe is bleeding.
Cos I wasn't wearing proper shoes for the ODAC hike. When I press it it feels like a super painful blueblack, then blood and some other fluid comes out of the wound. (Sounds super disgusting, I know).
IM LITERALLY BLEEDING FOR ODAC, MAN.
I had to endure MsRivera's hardcore PE with that toe somemore.

But yea, I still love my school, my class, my CCA.
I'm gonna say that like everyday.

Okay, this morning when I was walking to school, towards this block, I suddenly felt like I just walked past a wall of heat.
Like yea, suddenly hot then suddenly cool again.

Then, I looked up and saw this woman, with this young boy in his school uniform, standing and facing me from inside the blockwhich was, by then, only about 3 metres away from me.

They were MOTIONLESS. Like just standing there looking straight.

Gosh, so scary.




I'D BETTER FORGET ABOUT THAT.
So yea, on a lighter note, Desiree, Rebekah, ZhaoLoong, Kuang Jie, Nicholas and Damien (the new guy in our class, I think that's how you spell his name) went to hang around the playground afetr school yesterday, after buying bubbletea/ waffles/ hotdogs.

Desiree got so fascinated by that thingy where you pay a dollar and you try controlling the thingy to pick a toy up. It apparently had the mini one outside the bubbletea shop, and this little malay boy was going all high on it even though he wasn't actually playing it. More like jumping randomly and pushing the controls as though he were playing CS. LOL and it was cos we were looking at the boy that Nicholas called Zhao Loong and Desiree peadophiles. HAHA.

So yea, we played at the playground, and when ZL was sitting on the swing, Rebekah said softly to Desiree and I "ZL look like those autistic kid..."

ROFMAOOL.


We burst out laughing immediately man! So funny! Cos he was carrying his bag very high, and holding his bubbletea and sitting on a swing that looks too small for him. And his facial expression also.
HAHAHHAHHAA, now everytime I see ZL I wanna laugh. Ahh, that moment was classic.


Today was individual phototaking and I think mine would be very unglam as usual. HAHA since when were school photos nice.. seriously.

Nothing much happened today, except lunch time!

WARNING: This post shall be (maybe brutally) honest and uh, it's very long. Go go, get your popcorn then start reading. :D

So yes! I'm back from the ODAC great hike!
My smallest toe on each foot is in a disgusting state but no pain no gain man! The hike was so awesome. :D

You know, the night before the hike, I dreamt that I called Rubez I wouldn't be going for the hike even though I packed everything already.

I think I would've regretted like hell if i didn't go. Serious.


Okay, so we set off for Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve by bus first, trekked, then gathered at the grass patch.
We were supposed to do an inverted human pyramid, so you know what we did? Squat on the grass in the shape of an inverted triangle. Yea, like bowling pins.
But after that we had to do the real deal (as in the normal human pyramid lah). I was right on top. I had to go on top of Kai Peng and Rubez, and he was like "Whoa, nice massage." Lol..okay..


So yea, started on our Orientation Race, where we were given clues as to where the next checkpoint is. I think we walked from SBNR to Kranji to Woodlands.

Then walked to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. It was quite muddy cos we took the inner trail, and I realised the guys in my team are quite thoughtful (my team had 3 guys, 3 girls including me, excluding the JC2s). Ming Xuan carried Rubez's bag for a period of time cos she was like half-dying already, HAHA. And Sky and MX would randomly lift up our backpacks from behind during the trek. But I never made anyone carry anything for me. You see? Girls from girl's schools are more independent. :D


When climbing up the final set of soil steps that were like, each the height of my foot to my knees, damn, I finally felt what it meant to exert yourself. Oh, and I saw an ant this big:

Life-size ok! (And I know ants have 6 legs, not 4).

Finally reached the summit, and when we were sitting down at the shelter resting, these two tourists came and took pictures of us. HAHA WTH. Natural and man-made scenery put together eh? LOL, we are photogenic picturesque.

Headed down by the (much) shorter main way, and I had flashbacks of the geography excursion we had last year. The steep slope, especially. We were racing down the slope and got kinda told off by muimui. Ahh, the fun times. Then the JC2s tol us that walking backwards might be easier, so Vanessa, Rubez and I linked hands and walked backwards together. Tourists were like staring while walking past. (Ah, they are amused by anything and everything).

Trekked all the way to Macritchie (or was it Lower Peirce..) Whoa, my feet, by then, were aching like never before. Like all the blood in my body just sank to my feet. It felt like it, I mean.

It started raining! And I had no poncho or umbrella! But MX shared his umbrella with me, haha. But predictably, we both couldn't have got any more drenched in the end. I got experience with sharing umbrellas with people to know that.

Stopped to eat our chicken rice (Rubez and I were like Oh yay! Fnally some meat!). BUT! There were like gangs of monkeys hanging around. The JC2s told us that they would suddenly pounce on you and grab your food, so someone had to be holding a stick to scare them off.
So funny, cos at one point, another JC2 from another group came, wailing "The monkey bully meee!" So Augustus went to help him chase away the monkey LOL. Classic moment of the day.


Gathered before going for the nightwalk. We were all given lightsticks. Yellow! Cos it's like the brightest. I like. :D

Oh guess what. When we were about to start the nightwalk, it started raining again! The skies were throwing tantrums man, keep raining and stopping and raining again. Torchlights weren't allowed, so we all grabbed onto the bag of the person in front, and kept passing on "steps" and "hole in the ground" and turn right/ left"s in case the person behind was nightblind.

We were supposed to go bashing (into the unknown) a.k.a. solo nightwalk, but it got cancelled cos it was too dangerous to be walking on slippery soil in the dark ALONE.
One aim of the camp/ hike was to Break Barriers (part of SRJC's HABITS) and the bashing part would've ensured I did that, cos I actually got a really morbid fear of being alone in an unknown place. So it was like a relief yet a disappointment.

But in the end I did break barriers! Cos that was my first time walking so much in a day. :D
If it could be counted in the 100km challenge thing I think I finish half of it already please. HAHA. Eh, plus 5kg+ load somemore.

Decided to take the bus back to school (we were suposed to WALK all the way back to school. Imagine.)

Got back at school, bathed, played a super short game of truth or dare, and slept!
Whoa, for once, I was ever so grateful to rest my feet.


All in all, the camp. hike was really great. I dare say I benefitted much, both physically and mentally. Although I procrastinated a bit at one point of time during the hike (I still remember it was sometime when Mr Tan said '5 min walk' but it was quite long), but hey, I managed to motivate people by smiling! :D

I forgot to bring my history lecture book todayyyyy,
so I went to photocopy the relevant pages during lunchtime.
Or at least, what I thought was relevant.

Apparently I was a chapter behind.
I sit in the middle of the row anyway so yea, didn't get caught! Imagine if i did; second offence, whoa, maybe it'll be copy 20 pages this time or smth.

With Desiree, haha. Collected our certs, saw MsMartens and our VP sharing some story, and MsMartens was like, "Go to JC already, the skirts all go up the thigh"
Then some time later, she said "Whoa, black socks. In JC anything goes, huh?"

My skirt is like, 1cm above my knee only okay.

Oh, and the file and testimonial and cert look damn glam.


Revisited Drama, haha, cos I saw Joy at the gate when she was leaving and I asked her where Drama was. They were like doing their SYF review or smth lah, I felt so intrusive.
Like suddenly pop in while MsKang talking.
And you knwo what? Cos the drama room has glass doors and is divided into two sections right, I stopped by the first glass door I saw and waved.
And those people were like, unfamiliar (I only noticed after waving for 5secs or so), then this random old caucasian guy appeared. That, was when I realised I was waving to some unknown people. HAHA, embarrassingggg.

Anyway, I went in by the main way which was where all the people I knew where, and I was feeling so uncertain as I stepped in.
I was thinking; would they still recognise me? Cos I skipped almost the entire sec4 year. And I kinda hated Drama last time so I was pretty unenthu..so yea...

When they finally had their attention on me, (actually when I first stepped in only MsKang saw me and just stared at me) and there was this one second of silence.
Then suddenly the small group of them went CONSTANCE! AHHHHHH!
Okay, kinda relieved that they remember me. :D
They all said I look very different, LOL. Tanner right! *grins*

Randi was there too! HAHA.

This year, SACSS' Drama's SYF will be damnnnn cool. Although I haven't watched it, what they were discussing about (like areas for improvement and such) was a good enough teaser. OMG, I wanna watch, sounds so exciting.

During their 5min break we were chatting and they were getting fascinated by my Olevel stuff and JC life. HAHA, well at the very least, they were seemingly fascinated.

I think I hugged every one of them before leaving, hahaa, I ran like 2km for PE today. It's amazing how no one said I stank, if I even did. :)

OHOH, today, was the first time I changed from PE attire to half-u in class. HAHA. I miss doing that in SAC. In JC it's like "Eh, check if anyone gonna come in, okay? I change here *hides behind cupboard door*"
In SAC, we just... take out.

Ahh, I actually miss SAC a bit, even though I live right next to it and I see it practically everyday. After all, it's not the school I miss; it's the people.

today was the class outing for 1A04!!

Nah, actually I think it can't even be considered a CLASS outing cos only like what, me, desiree, nic, vincci, KJ, ZL, priscilla, rebekah, zhiming, and our two OGLs, GH and florence.

Yeah, like out of 22 people.
I was damn sad last night actually. I was thinking why people don't reciprocate my intentions of organising a class outing and I honestly wanted to give up being the class' event planner.
Oh wait, that position of event planner was like, subconsciously adopted by myself (sounds damn bhb, I know) and somehow accepted by the class?
Not like I get to go to camp ASPIRE or get the white shirt for that anyway so I was asking myself why the hell did I even bother when people don't bother just turning up. Some didn't even bother telling me if they could come or not.

But I guess I got to be reasonable. If they really got something else on, it's partly my fault for choosing a bad day. If they choose to cook up some fake reason not to come, then it's really their own loss with that kinda attitude. I guess I'm just not being used to being rejected so many times over, so yea, I admit I do feel a bit bitter inside still, that more than half the class couldn't make it.


Then again, it's really quite sweet of those people who tried making it for dinner even though they couldn't join us in the day. :)
HAHA, I know I was acting pissed off and you all actually got convinced. Proves my acting skills eh? :D Actually it was Nic's idea to act pissed, lol.

And, sorry to the people who tried calling and msging me and got no reply, as well as the people who waited super long for me; I was having ODAC. Actually I told you all already right?

Anyway, at Sentosa we played a bit of frisbee, volleyball, and the sand and sea (cos it's Sentosa?). Walking to 7-eleven is damn far lah, somehow it didn't occur to us that we could've taken the tram until we finished walking already. And the road was freaking pokey and hot lah! But I think ODAC made my soles a bit thicker already. I got higher tolerance than my two OGLs lorr. :)

The guys did their classic act of building sick sand sculptures, then decided to take it a step further by victimising nic, HAHA.
All the pics are on facebook man. He's gonna be remembered for that for a long time.

Decided to leave, and some of them went to shower. And that was the first time I saw the Sentosa toilet having a queue. Seriously.

Took the tram after waiting super long for the peopl who wanted to shower, and when we all managed to fit into the super packed tram, we looked around and realised; linette was missing!
LOL, she was left behind lah! omg, I felt so bad.
So we got off at the beach station and waited for her.

Joined the rest for dinner at vivo, we all tookaway food and gathered at the top floor, at that gallery-looking place.
Priscilla and linette were damn cute, they bought a mat from daiso to realise they actually didn;t need it cos we weren't sitting on grass after all. LOL.

Had some conversations and jokes after (and actually also while) eating, and I was procrastinating cos I didn't wanna go home.

But I'm still home nowww. :)

And Nicholas Seow Weiming, you seriously scare me man, so hyper then so emo.

I've been trying to ask each of you guys and for now, here's the details for the class/ OG outings respectively;

1A04:
When: Thursday (finalized)
Where: Sentosa, dinner at Vivo.
Those going to Sentosa, meet at Harbourfront MRT station at 11am.
If you can't come at 11am, you guys can meet me a bit later at the MRT station (for example, if you have CCA like me).
Dinner would be at 6pm, at Vivo City.

If you can't come for the Sentosa thing, try coming for the dinner at least, or vice versa. :)
HAHA I'll be reminding you guys via sms tomorrow night and please confirm with me if you'll be coming ASAP. :D


OG A2:
Reunion lunch! (which means it'll be in the afternoon)
It'll either be on Friday or Saturday (I'll see which day more people can come).

Had history holiday class (gosh, 'holiday' and 'class' just doesn't go together; it's as ridiculous saying 'Cold heat') today.

I didn;t study for the quiz yesterday, so I was cramign everything in the bus to school.
I suppose my luck hasn't run out yet cos ALMOST ALL THE QUESTIONS WERE ON THOSE FEW THINGS THAT I MADE AN EFFORT TO REMEMBER!

Then the timed practice and yea,
called YS to meet after handing in my 'punishment homework'.

Met at Bishan, OH, the bloddy fatass took my ezlink card. So I was struggling the day with COINS. I swear homicide someday.

Ate at Long John's, gossiped, discussed, whatever, then went to walk around the mall. We spent almost half an hour in Precious Thots and walked out without buying anything, HAHA. Was talking some 'serious' stuff that I can't disclose here..so yea..

Trained home with Desiree, and she said there was this MRT station that is there but isn't in use so the train just drives past it.
Cooool, one day we all go camp there.




My mind says I've given up, but my heart still holds on.

Apparently the JC1 ODAC cycling trip was cancelled cos it was raining.
I think.
Ahh, I really need to learn how to cycle.


I got caught again for not doing my hist homework. Eesh, I really didn't know it was on a new question already okay..
And I found out, muimui really had too high expectations back then. We did a question in class, and I was barely using my brain in doing it, then the teacher said my answer was a relatively good answer. Whoa, if it were muimui she would be pinpointng every single imperfection. I'm so not used to this. How can H2 geog be less ...anal than O level pure geog? Oh man, teachers here are so different.


After school, I went to the study cos I received a msg during lunch that the ODAC thing was cancelled and I sat there for two hours plus straight.
Did a bit of GP journal, then started on my hist thing. My hand cramped halfway. Seriously.

Went up to my locker and saw KJ, ZL, Reuben and Wesley and they tried to drag me to play badminton with them. I'm very nice so I obliged, despite my disgusting toe.

Went down to the assembly area to play, and I seriously suck at badminton. I can't surf properly when that's supposed to be the most basic thing ever. I actually have two badminton rackets at home, but they have been rotting on top of my cupboard since primary school. So yea, I can be considered as a badminton newbie (or n00b, if you prefer).

Desiree joined us after her Runner's Club thing, then after a bit more badminton, they all went sprinting. I obviously can't sprint since I can barely walk well. :(
And ZL has a ridiculous way of sprinting. His face while running is also very spas. His face is forever a joke, as quoted from Damien. HAHHAA. *remembers the swing thing*


After everything, ZL and Priscilla went to shower, so Desiree and I went to try find food but all the cafes were closed already. By the time we were back, KJ and this other guy, Marcus were conspiring against ZL already. (They took his shoes and shirt while he was showering HAHAHA.)
They threw his socks into the plants also.
Evil lah they.


By the time I gothome, it was 8 plus already.
I miss reaching home at 2plus in sec school..

This holiday I'd better finish up all my homework (as well as the 'punishment' ones)
Well in case you did't know, I got caught 3 times within 2 weeks for not doing homework.
For geog, I was made to do a mindmap, econs, I was nearly made to copy the answers twice over, but I was given a chance so yea, not really counted, and hist,

The cause of my handcramp yesterday; copy the entire handout. When handwritten, it's about 7-8 pages, I think.

And I suppose students in Singapore would never understand the true meaning of Holidays.
Extra lessons/ remedials/ tutorials,
Copious amounts of 'HOLIDAY' assignments.

More than enough to kill the definition of holidays.
Ahh, I hate singapore.
I wanted to type more but I shan't risk getting prosecuted or something.

Ahh, my toe, instead of recovering, got worse.

So I missed step training during ODAC today.
We went to block 375 which was 18 storeys high, and I, proclaimed VIP by MsLiu, took the lift all the way up. HAHA.

ODACians had to run up to the 18th storey then take the lift down. As in four sets lah.
All that time when they were struggling up the total of 72 storeys, I was standing at the door of the top floor.
Not as priveleged as you think. If given a choice, I seriously rather run with them.
Seriously! HAHA.

Walked (or rather, half-limped) back to school, where I saw my stupid (nah, just kidding) classmates in CCC walking out of school. They damn slack can. How on earth do they find gratification man.

They did their cool-down, which was 2 rounds round the track. Augustus came back to ODAC for a while and made me show him my toe.
He went EE.
WTH. HAHHAHA.

Debrief!
MsLiu made each and every one of us stand up and say what we want for our birthday with the budget of $10.
First thing that came to mind was obviously FOOD.
So I thought of McFlurry, which was only $2, so I was like from Monday to Friday, buy me one.
Typical. :D

Dinner on tues with Nic, Elysebeth and Desiree was kinda hilarious. :D

Right now I still gotta bathe, do my geog mindmap (my extra homework for not doing the previous homework), and study for econs test. Read up on history also. Actually GP journal entry too.


And yes, I still love my school, class and CCA!

Okay, so friday was lunch with Dewaine cos of the early dismissal (A level results).
Planned to meet at Eastpoint, and Dewaine Chole Lee Xueyi said meet at 1plus/2pm.

I reached at 1.40pm, so I just sat at the top floor and stoned. Attempted reading my GP articles but nothing went in so yea.

Guess what time that girl came?
3.15pm.


Fantastic.
Everytime I got to wait at least 20mins for her can, since sec3 till now.

But we still got to meet. However pissed I was feeling while sitting at the top floor, it all disappeared when I saw her. Man, this sounds so cheesy.

She bought her bubbletea and I said I was starving cos I waited so long for her/my lunch so we went to KFC.
The woman taking orders asked me if I was a student when I was wearing my school uniform. She even asked for my student pass. LOL.

Caught up with each other while eating, and were discussing about the people waiting for the luozhixing thing.
Not gonna share with you the details, but we, being people who don't listen to chinese songs at all, were not that fond of these people blocking the way in the already cramped Eastpoint for a chinese idol.
I mean, even if it were Ne-yo coming I wouldn't come hours before the actual thing. Call me shallow but I think watching him on youtube might be the same.


So yea, left for Bugis for dinner/ window shopping (cos I was broke).
Reached home at about 10pm.

Ate at pizza hut at heartland mall as planned, and throughout the meal we kept laughing mainly cos of Vincci's table mishaps (LOL) and Nicholas. And he kept making fun of the way i laughed lah, WTH.

If I remember correctly, the bill came to about $137.
HAHA. Satisfying enough.

Walked around before going home with Desiree.



And today I actually got caught for falling into a complete state of stonification during econs. I swear it wasn't intentional.
And and, my toe is bleeding.
Cos I wasn't wearing proper shoes for the ODAC hike. When I press it it feels like a super painful blueblack, then blood and some other fluid comes out of the wound. (Sounds super disgusting, I know).
IM LITERALLY BLEEDING FOR ODAC, MAN.
I had to endure MsRivera's hardcore PE with that toe somemore.

But yea, I still love my school, my class, my CCA.
I'm gonna say that like everyday.

Okay, this morning when I was walking to school, towards this block, I suddenly felt like I just walked past a wall of heat.
Like yea, suddenly hot then suddenly cool again.

Then, I looked up and saw this woman, with this young boy in his school uniform, standing and facing me from inside the blockwhich was, by then, only about 3 metres away from me.

They were MOTIONLESS. Like just standing there looking straight.

Gosh, so scary.




I'D BETTER FORGET ABOUT THAT.
So yea, on a lighter note, Desiree, Rebekah, ZhaoLoong, Kuang Jie, Nicholas and Damien (the new guy in our class, I think that's how you spell his name) went to hang around the playground afetr school yesterday, after buying bubbletea/ waffles/ hotdogs.

Desiree got so fascinated by that thingy where you pay a dollar and you try controlling the thingy to pick a toy up. It apparently had the mini one outside the bubbletea shop, and this little malay boy was going all high on it even though he wasn't actually playing it. More like jumping randomly and pushing the controls as though he were playing CS. LOL and it was cos we were looking at the boy that Nicholas called Zhao Loong and Desiree peadophiles. HAHA.

So yea, we played at the playground, and when ZL was sitting on the swing, Rebekah said softly to Desiree and I "ZL look like those autistic kid..."

ROFMAOOL.


We burst out laughing immediately man! So funny! Cos he was carrying his bag very high, and holding his bubbletea and sitting on a swing that looks too small for him. And his facial expression also.
HAHAHHAHHAA, now everytime I see ZL I wanna laugh. Ahh, that moment was classic.


Today was individual phototaking and I think mine would be very unglam as usual. HAHA since when were school photos nice.. seriously.

Nothing much happened today, except lunch time!
HAHA DEWAINE LEE (and Hiuyui) CAME TO SCHOOL TO VISIT DESIREE AND I AND SHE BOUGHT US COOKIESSSSS.

Joined back the class, who were playing Truth or Dare, or Double dare.
I got a truth! HAHHAA, people always find it super hard to get a good 'truth' from me. :P

CT period was so draggy. The more they try to make NE interesting, the more we detest it.

WARNING: This post shall be (maybe brutally) honest and uh, it's very long. Go go, get your popcorn then start reading. :D

So yes! I'm back from the ODAC great hike!
My smallest toe on each foot is in a disgusting state but no pain no gain man! The hike was so awesome. :D

You know, the night before the hike, I dreamt that I called Rubez I wouldn't be going for the hike even though I packed everything already.

I think I would've regretted like hell if i didn't go. Serious.


Okay, so we set off for Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve by bus first, trekked, then gathered at the grass patch.
We were supposed to do an inverted human pyramid, so you know what we did? Squat on the grass in the shape of an inverted triangle. Yea, like bowling pins.
But after that we had to do the real deal (as in the normal human pyramid lah). I was right on top. I had to go on top of Kai Peng and Rubez, and he was like "Whoa, nice massage." Lol..okay..


So yea, started on our Orientation Race, where we were given clues as to where the next checkpoint is. I think we walked from SBNR to Kranji to Woodlands.

Then walked to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. It was quite muddy cos we took the inner trail, and I realised the guys in my team are quite thoughtful (my team had 3 guys, 3 girls including me, excluding the JC2s). Ming Xuan carried Rubez's bag for a period of time cos she was like half-dying already, HAHA. And Sky and MX would randomly lift up our backpacks from behind during the trek. But I never made anyone carry anything for me. You see? Girls from girl's schools are more independent. :D


When climbing up the final set of soil steps that were like, each the height of my foot to my knees, damn, I finally felt what it meant to exert yourself. Oh, and I saw an ant this big:

Life-size ok! (And I know ants have 6 legs, not 4).

Finally reached the summit, and when we were sitting down at the shelter resting, these two tourists came and took pictures of us. HAHA WTH. Natural and man-made scenery put together eh? LOL, we are photogenic picturesque.

Headed down by the (much) shorter main way, and I had flashbacks of the geography excursion we had last year. The steep slope, especially. We were racing down the slope and got kinda told off by muimui. Ahh, the fun times. Then the JC2s tol us that walking backwards might be easier, so Vanessa, Rubez and I linked hands and walked backwards together. Tourists were like staring while walking past. (Ah, they are amused by anything and everything).

Trekked all the way to Macritchie (or was it Lower Peirce..) Whoa, my feet, by then, were aching like never before. Like all the blood in my body just sank to my feet. It felt like it, I mean.

It started raining! And I had no poncho or umbrella! But MX shared his umbrella with me, haha. But predictably, we both couldn't have got any more drenched in the end. I got experience with sharing umbrellas with people to know that.

Stopped to eat our chicken rice (Rubez and I were like Oh yay! Fnally some meat!). BUT! There were like gangs of monkeys hanging around. The JC2s told us that they would suddenly pounce on you and grab your food, so someone had to be holding a stick to scare them off.
So funny, cos at one point, another JC2 from another group came, wailing "The monkey bully meee!" So Augustus went to help him chase away the monkey LOL. Classic moment of the day.


Gathered before going for the nightwalk. We were all given lightsticks. Yellow! Cos it's like the brightest. I like. :D

Oh guess what. When we were about to start the nightwalk, it started raining again! The skies were throwing tantrums man, keep raining and stopping and raining again. Torchlights weren't allowed, so we all grabbed onto the bag of the person in front, and kept passing on "steps" and "hole in the ground" and turn right/ left"s in case the person behind was nightblind.

We were supposed to go bashing (into the unknown) a.k.a. solo nightwalk, but it got cancelled cos it was too dangerous to be walking on slippery soil in the dark ALONE.
One aim of the camp/ hike was to Break Barriers (part of SRJC's HABITS) and the bashing part would've ensured I did that, cos I actually got a really morbid fear of being alone in an unknown place. So it was like a relief yet a disappointment.

But in the end I did break barriers! Cos that was my first time walking so much in a day. :D
If it could be counted in the 100km challenge thing I think I finish half of it already please. HAHA. Eh, plus 5kg+ load somemore.

Decided to take the bus back to school (we were suposed to WALK all the way back to school. Imagine.)

Got back at school, bathed, played a super short game of truth or dare, and slept!
Whoa, for once, I was ever so grateful to rest my feet.


All in all, the camp. hike was really great. I dare say I benefitted much, both physically and mentally. Although I procrastinated a bit at one point of time during the hike (I still remember it was sometime when Mr Tan said '5 min walk' but it was quite long), but hey, I managed to motivate people by smiling! :D
