I know it's a repetition

Yesterday, I did,5 rounds outside the school hall's perimeter,Random running circuit which was like, practically up and down and all around the school blocks, pushups again,4 sets of: running up from ground floor to 4th floor, across the block, back down to ground floor, 30 pushups. (We did 90 pushups, 30 situps). Then the random stretches. NO BREAK.Well except that one minute water break. My CCA is damn hardcore, but I kinda like it.HAHA no, I'm not sadistic or anything.JC life has been good so far, with its fair amount of gossip, of which I am surprisingly involved (but minor one lahhhh, as in those kind that only a small group of people/ the class knows).I haven't been doing my homework or reading up my lecture books, but that's okay, cos I will catch up sometime.HAHA and on a random note, I wanna discuss about floaters (the gay disgusting caps that mahts ,or whatever you call them, always wear). I've been complaining about it to whoever is beside me for like months already, but I've never remembered to blog about it until I read Elizabeth's blog and she was saying she hates it too. HAHA HI-5 MAN.Actually not discuss. Just saying how much of an eyesore it is, and it makes those malay act-cools look even more like airheads (literally). It's damn tempting to just walk up to them, tiptoe, and SQUISH it down to where it ought to be.YAY, :DSchool just makes me happy. HAHA SERIOUSLY, maybe I'm finally making my nerd revolution.Labels: schooly mooly, SR ODAC

Went to school early to run!Even though it was only two rounds, it's good. Then Joanna and Desiree went to their prayer thingy called SHOP, I think. So yea, I was so loner, and I went to the study and sat at the loner table. I tried to get people to come early and find me, but Zhao Loong was like late for school, and Guan Hua was having a test. Then I looked at the time and gave up trying to msg other people to accompany me. Did a bit of GP stuff before going for assembly. No point blogging about lessons, except that that chinese teacher went to go change our places. So evil.Went for touch rugby trials for fun first. All the SACians went man! (well almost :D) So cool, hahaha.Ok, this is gonna sound a bit suaku, but like, that was my first time touching a rugby ball. And I was expecting it to be at least three times heavier. The first time it was thrown at at me, I was so surprised at the feel of the ovalness and weight of the ball I totally forgot to grip it. I'm serious! HAHA.But the trials weren't that bad. :)Went on to ODAC, and cos we were late we had to rush through all the stations. Oh there was one station where we had to balance on one leg and drink half a bottle of water. Whoa, I already drank a bit of water before that and I was like bloated with water after that man. And there's a reason why I'm mentioning this. Wait.Another station, we had to do the step thingy (I've no idea how to describe it) but yea, a bit of difficulty eh, legs too short. AND THIS STATION, I GOT TO BOAST.Seriously, it's the first physical accomplishment I've had since really long ago. I was thinking I would really suck cos of my current stamina and whatnot. So yea, we had to run two rounds around the gallery, then do pumping (20), then pitch a tent. Before we ran, we were told the fastest so far was 5 minutes, by these two guys, so I was expecting to get like 7 minutes or something.BUT!! Rubez and I clocked a timing of 4.52!! OH MAN, WE ROCK.Then we had to go for our 2.4km run, but we were already quite tired, so all the girls conspired to run reeeaally slowly. HAHA it was so cute man, we 'ran' so slowly that we started chatting and introducing ourselves. Then Adam (I think that's his name) led the guys, so the guys still had to actually run. Remember they made us drink all that water not too long ago?Rubez and I came down with a stitch. HAHA. Predicted. So while the others ran, we walked. And all that time we were chatting and bonding. LOL, everytime ODAC makes me run, I come down with a stitch. And it seems like "Why she forever stitch one?" Like yea, a bit dubious eh? But dude(s), I'm a person of integrity. And when I say I used to have much more stamina, I'm not lying. When I say all my NAPFA tests used to be Silver (and one Gold), I'm not lying either. So when I say I'm gonna put ODAC as my first choice, it's the ultimate truth. But hell, I got a whole lot of catching up to do man. All my muscles (I don't mean the visible kind) from last time disintegrated already. Gym, people, lend me your condo gyms. :DCalled Dewaine cos we were supposed to go out, but she said it didn't matter already, cos she was going for some show with Glen and Hiuyui so yea. Reached home at like 8pm.My life will be damn hectic soon. But it'll be fruitful, I can bet. I love my school. :)HAHA I really do, ok? I'm a person of integrity, I reiterate.

Oh man, I've been MIA so badly on my blog. HAHA.
Anyway, school has been pretty awesome, like we are more united than most classes judging by how we all walk to classes together, lunch at the same table, and stuff like that.
Oh but one thing: in most classes, it's like girls on one side of the class and all the guys on the other. It's not like the girls don't talk to the guys or vice versa, but yea, why like that huh?
Recently I'm damn broke. Lecture notes after handbook, then files and whatnot. And cos I spent $50 from my running shoes fund, I really cannot touch the remaining $100 cos I seriously need running shoes NOW! Gosh, seriously, I need them ASAP, I wana go running eh.
Especially since I went for ODAC tryout yesterday and we had to do our NAPFA.
Trust me, 8 months or more of physical hibernation is DEADLY.
DEADLY, I say.
I think I got bronze from yesterday. omg.
(ok lah, although my 2.4km degraded by like 4 minutes, I still passed by A BIT and it was cos I was running on a stitch for the last 1.2km). Shitass unlucky that day man, not to sound gross but like with the stitch, I think I drank too much water or what, I could hear my stomach go gloomp gloomp with water.
Ahh, get into ODAC can already. :D
BTW, the school said they actually do search for students who blog about the college.
It's damn true.

HAPPY BELATED VALENTINE'S DAY!Yesterday I woke up bright and early to go to Dewaine's house despite deprivation of sleep for the past two weeks.Went to the gym to run my 2.4km, of which I completed in 24 mins.HAHA wth, I was almost twice as fast during the real 2.4 run last year. Anyway I was on incline, haha. I was trying to see what's the highest incline the treadmill could do, but I got scared at 15 so I stopped increasing. So steep eh.Went upstairs to chill, then bathed and got ready before going to Orchard.Dewaine did her hair at FarEast, walked around and went to Toy R'Us to get her gay toy rose. Somehow adults are very fascinated by it.Oh yea, we saw this paper heart on the floor and I was like "Whoa, who's heart has fallen on Vday?"Then we saw more people with paper hearts on their shirts. Apparently there were people giving them out. HAHA the woman was like "Hi, do you want a heart?" Dewaine said No, but she pasted it on her shirt anyway. LOL.Went to Holiday Inn to meet Glen, hanged around and took pics in the suite then went to the hotel's pool/gym. Sat at the swing, which was like so squeaky, haha. Like, even though the three of us were so light (about 120kg in total only), the swing sounded like it was gonna break any moment. Did one fast run at the gym then went to take more pictures, then went back to the room. Saw his parents before they went for their 'date'? HAHA. Read my Seventeen magazine and did random stuff like staring at the bug on the window, and uh, took more pics?HAHA anyway, went to get our dinner from Cold Storage/ NewYork New York then went back to the hotel room to eat.Sushi, turkey breast (one slice for me, one slice for Dewaine), and a pepperoni pizza. Haven't had such a gratifying meal in so long, haha. While eating we kept telling funny stories and other people's fart experiences. omgz, we laughed so hard until I couldn't eat. Seriously, damn funny luh.Left at around 10pm, and in the train, whoa, all couples. Nah, I don't feel the need to get a boyfriend. I'm not the kind to commit and face that one face everyday. I don't have all the pics yet! haha!

After school on friday, Desiree and I went for the CCC thing.
It was like, my first choice for CCA before I went for the thing.
It is currently my third or fourth choice.
IT'S DAMN BORING, to be honest. Oh, and amongst all the JC1s who went, only one was a guy. HAHA, why so weird one?
And, and, people keep saying CCC is a loser club. I don't think it's a loser club at all since CIP is awesome, but yea, it's really boring, eh. As in the people there. (most of them, at least).
Ahhh, so,
how now?
I actually wanted to join ODAC since last year before I got my O level results, but this year's ODAC happens to be on all my weak points; scuba diving and mountain biking. I can't rememebr how to swim (hands and legs all uncoordinated now) and I never knew how to cycle (I can only rollerblade).
OH, I signed up for volleyball as well.
But I've never really played volleybal, and I'm so short so it'd be difficult for me to do a smash. I can always learn, I know. But I'll feel so noob.
Oh man, I really don't know. God, please give me a sign soon. :/
Monday is already lectures (I'm so on the verge of wanting to escape from JC), :(
My first lesson is PE.
I love PE, but I don't have my sports shoes yet eh. HAHA.
&,I MISS OG A2 SO BADLY. (How the heck did one week of friendship get so potent?)

Eeesh, I'm no longer a freshman. But I swear, yesterday was like the best day I've had so far this year. First we had scavenger hunt which was actually just like station games. For the sake of remembering, the first station, we had to partner each other (one guy one girl, but too many girls so yea). The guys were blindfolded and the girls had to lead them through the obstacles, namely crawling under a table, avoiding walking into cones, and scooping marbles into the bucket. My partner was Kuangjie (I think that's his name).Second station was the puzzle one, I think. The one where we had to sing the Elmo song.Third was the one where we had to trace patrick star/ gary with strings attached to the marker.Fourth station was at the grandstand, and we had to partner (one guy one girl/ girl and girl again). Somehow my partner was Kuangjie again. We had to put each end of the spaghetti in each of our mouths and bring ti all the way up the stairs to the box. No worries, the spaghetti was quite long. Eh wait, spaghetti all standard length, right?Fifth was the one where we had to do 25 pullups, 10 people to climb over the wall and dno-how-many inclined pullups. As a group. Then the rope one and the blindfold one.I randomly arranged the order of the stations, lol. Then we had a two hour break, where we ate then played captain's ball. I had a stitch and I kept bumping into people, hahaha. I didn't exercise since like prelims last year. First time in so long that my face turned so red after. HAHA. House time, THEN FINALE.Gosh, that was the funnest part EVER. Did house cheers, the college dance a few times, then a very random chicken dance where we formed a train and ran all around. Then I spinned with Desiree till we got all dizzy and disorientated. But so FUNNNNN. People who depend on drugs to get high should just do such stuff as part of their rehab. :DAfter we cooled down from our high-ness, the entire pegasus took a pic then went home. Ahh, I'll miss orientation so bad. They should've made it a week-long camp in school; can bond better and its more fun. :DOG A2,1A04 ,PEGASUS FTW!Labels: schooly mooly

I'm in class 1A04, house is Pegasus!I kinda wanted Aquila, haha I just like it for no reason.Yesterday was station games, got slightly wet but was fun. :DAnd my CG kept seeing Ethel/Sonia/Renjie/Bryan's CG. They got the exact same OGL and house as that in the orientation week, LOL. They made us cheer till we were hoarse then went home.No actually I didn't go home. I went to meet Dewaine at Holy Trinity before going to meet Sarah, Alina, Jasmine and the rest at Swensens. Whoa, I miss sec 4/7 quite a bit.Dewaine could only stay for a while, so we left pretty soon to go eat dinner at her house. Learnt a bit of Canon in D before her parents came back and I had to go.Today, some time was spent in the classroom with Mr Wong. Honestly it was quite boring but I suppose it can't be helped sometimes.Went to the hall for house games and a bit of college dance. My second dance partner traumatised me.His hand, was like soooo sweaty that I could feel my skin cells on my hand drowning. And his hand is freaking big and he grips quite tightly. o__oBut I danced the entire thing. And I declare that as the bravest thing I've done so far this year.(Yes, I ran to the washroom after to wash my hands with soap after the dance).I'm sorry to you and I know that sweaty palms arent a choice but yea, I nearly cried, ok?
Talks on PE and CCAs took up like 3 hours? Sat till my ass ached.I learnt how tough PE in SRJC is. I mean, 100km?! omg. After everything, it was the CCA thingy. Like the J2s set up booths and get people to sign up.At first Joanna, Desiree and I were sitting at the cafe eating, then these three guys from runner's club came over and asked if we wanted to join. I was like 'No' from the start. Then this guy said I had the potential. WTH, I was like sitting down when he said that?So far, I signed up for Community Champions Council, ODAC, and volleyball. Is CCC very bad? Cos like my OGL responded very strongly when I told him, LOL.Saw ZhiChen when it was about time, so we left together since we were taking the same bus. It was raining damn heavily and his umbrella was like redundant, lol. I haven't been drenched so badly in the rain since a really long time. Had to take a long bus ride after somemore. I hope my shoes dry by tomorrow morning. :/Labels: ranternobanter, schooly mooly
No X, only O
Saturday, February 07, 2009 @ 10:32 PM
Thursday was alll introductory lectures. ALL DAY LONG. Well, just Economics, History and Maths, to be exact. It's so freaking brain-draining, even though I didn't learn anything, besides a bit of partial fractions. Scary. It's only introductory and I wanna die already.Sandra asked me if I was ready to give up my social life and chiong all the way in JC. I was like paaartially..Truth is, I'M SO NOT READY.Cos my social life is like my life itself, and giving up my social life is akin to giving up my life. So in other words, I won't have a life at all when lessons start in JC.0__0Went to hall for debrief after the maths lecture (where the lecturer taught partial fractions, and that's part of A.Maths. AND, I had an F9 for A.Maths, MIND YOU.) PLUS, he taught like Mr Poh. Uncanny resemblance.(excluding the "drop A.Maths lah, drop A.Maths" part). And yea, after the lecture my brain didn't even let me smile properly to friends. I was like The Ultimate Stone. I'm not kidding.Walked out of school with Jonathan (this new guy in our OG), saw Junyee at the bustop and chatted a bit, got onto bus 81.I'm somehow thankful that ZhiChen was in the bus too cos like, anything is better than taking a long bus ride with no company at all. I think we must've talked quite a bit since the bus ride was so long but I can't really remember anything.I bet the lectures killed all my brain cells already.Dropped by Dewaine's house, met at the playground but her grandmother saw us from upstairs and shouted to us to go up, LOL. Did some stuffs, left at about 4pm to go home.Damn shagged, I tell you.Friday! (AHHA, in the morning I was late again cos of the bloddyfreakingidiot bus 81 and cos Joanna waited for me, she was late too, so we decided to call for a cab. Then I suddenly saw Renjie and he said he also needed a cab. So we all took and we were not late at all, lol).Gosh, it was the last day as an OG. By now I know all their names already. I hate wacko but I gotta admit it helped a lot in that aspect.Took a couple of pics together, and as usual I was in the front. HAHA. The 'funny pose' part suggested by Sandra, I did a really stupid face. And the best thing was that between the camera and our OG, there was another OG there. ALL SITTING THERE, STARING AT US POSE FOR THE CAMERAS. WTH, hahahhaha, I can't imagine how much of a dumbass I looked. But that's ok; I'm immune to my own unglamness. :)We hugged (well actually only the girls? LOL) then rushed for the history lecture.Sat on the stairs again. They should make it this way: H2 students get priority of seats. Those not even taking the subject shouldn't even be there.Ah well, anyway it's only temporary.I kinda slept for the chem lecture.Went to hall for PfA thing, and we all exchanged our numbers after. Actually I only gave. I didn't ask anyone. Too lazy, to be honest. But I wanna stay in touch with all of them, haha. I'm so ironic.Took the bus ALONE to meet Dewaine. I attempted reading my econs notes while waiting but heck, to no avail.Walked to Tampines Mall/ Century Square where I met Shuwen in one of the shops. Haha, so coincidental; we both travelled so far from school to go out with a friend.Bought a my schoolbag, ate lunch then went to town. Walked around, bought fake eyelashes for dewaine's mum (LOL, the 'bushy' one, omg). Around 10plus, we were in this shop and the shopkeeper (or assistant) was so amused by us. First was the toy rose from Toy R'Us (well actually wherever we walked, people were staring at us cos of it, and one guy from the food shop wanted to buy it from us). Then, she was gushing how pretty Dewaine's phone was (it's so pink =.=). Then they were starting to close already so Dewaine and I left.Soon we realised; all other shops were closing as well. It was only 10plus!! So yea the big mystery that night: Why were all the shops in NgeeAnn City/ Taka closed so early that night?Anyway, we went to sit around, and we saw ShiHui. Said hi and had a short convo then carried on walking. Started going home at around 11pm and Dewaine got kinda scolded, haha.Labels: schooly mooly
Lost but found
Wednesday, February 04, 2009 @ 4:13 PM
Ok fine, I didn't get to run away from the college dance.Cos at first, Ethel was like "I partner you!".So I didn't want to make anyone go alone, so yea, I stayed. THEN, they finally said it had to be guy to girl. I was like Is it too late to escape? And somehow time dragged on and I kinda forgot I wanted to escape. WHICH WAS A GOOD THING!HAHA, the dance wasn't that bad. Quite simple, really, just that my brain kept shutting down every 5 seconds or so. So it's like, *dancedancedance, slowly stops* then I get conscious again and start again. It sounds retarded, I know. But I'm convinced the hall has mysterious lulling powers. Or maybe it's just the aircon. My first partner was an Indian (he was too tall lah, hard to dance) and my second a Malay(about my height :D). I didn't even dance with a Chinese which is like the majority race.SEE? I'M SO NOT RACIST. :DBTW, Ethel and I randomly stood there and see who ends up opposite us/ our partner. So yea, we didn't choose.OH, there was this step where we had to turn around and clap our hands with the person behind you(like playing babybabybaby check! game). But behind my OG was only this big Aquila flag, so I just smacked the flag instead. BUT, when I whacked the flag, I actually felt someone's hands hit back. I was all o___oBut I think it was Dennison.Learnt college anthem and cheers, and the vice president (I think) kept making the groups compete who's the loudest. AND EXCUSE ME, I MAY LOOK VERY SOFTSPOKEN BUT I CAN SO SHOUT PLEASE.Oh, and I forogt to say we played wacko/ whacko/ however you spell it. IT'S SO GAY. :(Bought uniforms when we were dismissed, tried them out in the washroom, and went home. The girl in the bus sitting in front of me was so funny. She was like falling asleep (or maybe already asleep) and cos of the bus moving, her head keeps falling off balance and she keeps jerking back to the centre. And twice her head hit the glass window. Gave me a shock.Labels: schooly mooly
It's just an innocent conspiracy
Tuesday, February 03, 2009 @ 6:30 PM
Today was kinda cool as well, (but of course, excluding the long butt-numbing hours in the hall). My OG played games like Splat (or bang?), the duck-duck-duck-goose one, and 7-up. NO WHACKO. And cos we have never played whacko since school started (we surprisingly all hated it :D), I proclaim my OG as the best ever. Dispelling the fact that the ratio of guys to girls is like 2:1.Oh, they asked us to buy uniforms already! About $100 plus altogether.. so much more than SAC. And it's only gonna be like 2 years. Or three, if I retain (touch wood).AND!!! COLLEGE DANCE IS TOMORROW.WHOEVER MY PARTNER IS, GIRL OR GUY, SHORT OR TALL, FAT OR SKINNY, UGLY OR GOODLOOKING, GET READY TO PON IT WITH ME. I've planned it all already (well, actually the idea came naturally to me the very instant I saw the two words 'College Dance').I'm gonna ask to go to the washroom.AND NEVER COME BACK! Till the dance is over; I can sneak in :).I'll ask my partner to do the same; we'll go at different times to the washroom, both meet somewhere at the female and male changing rooms on the left of the hall, then RUN FOR IT. We're gonna hide in a good corner, stocked with food or something.I don't know what we're gonna do during that time, but nothing indecent, I can assure you. So yea, I'm praying I won't get a nerdy-I-cannot-break-the-rules partner.I'M PRAYING. LIKE SO HARD.And lets hope my plan actually takes off and I won't chicken out or something. Cos you know, I kinda have the NATO disease.Labels: schooly mooly
First day of schooooool!
Monday, February 02, 2009 @ 5:15 PM
THE FIRST DAY AT SRJC WAS AWESOME.Well, close to awesome.Thank goodness I had an SACian in my OG, Ethel. Even though I didn't know her that well, that slight acquaintance amplifies and you start talking like close friends automatically. BUT, I made quite a lot of new friends!Well, at least we've introduced ourselves personally to each other. My OG had only six girls, including myself. We were the pathetic minority. We bonded pretty well though, as in the girls. Like how we started discussing the KC-SAC rivalry. HAHA we were the nice ones of both schools, like the KC girl (I know her name but I can't spell it) said her friends just called SACians 'bitch' when she saw them. -.-And it was quite funny cos the KC-SAC thing involved St Pats guys, and there was a St Pats guy beside me. So at one point I was like "Yea! All St Pats' fault!" Then he was like Wha..?That was already at lunchtime (before lunch time was just hours of videos and talks and mundane hall stuff) and I received Dewaine's message:"(some stuff...)Any handsome not?!"HAHA I KNEW IT.I anyhow said got a lot (not really the truth) and asked her to come and see for herself. Oh yea, I got a blue-black on my knee from today. I banged my knee on the underside of the canteen table. WTH. I always do that, even in sec school.Went to the classroom, did the two-truths-one-lie game as an icebreaker before playing the game which we called blow-wind-blow in SAC Drama.Hall again for debrief, then HOME. I took a freaking hour and a half to get home please.Labels: schooly mooly
