Went out with my mum and her friends yesterday. Yea, i was pretty extra but it wasn't that bad.
Went to ParkwayP first then shopped, saw Shi Hui, shopped, walked, shopped. yea. oo i want a treadmill.
Then went to Singapore Flyer. Stupid queue so long; prob cos it was a sunday..? Ahh anyway, they had like so many stations in between the ticket verifying station to when you actually sit in the flyer. Sheesh, tryna create more jobs is it?
OHH! I saw Mrs Agnes Lim; my primary school music teacher. Keep seeing her lately..
While waiting to go onto the flyer, the couple in front of me kept groping each other. I swear, the guy's hand nearly went under the girl's skirt. Totally....unappetizing. Nah, that's too nice. I would say revolting, appalling and
Anyway, the flyer....... It sucked.
Biigg time. Total waste of money, i would say.
Why? Let's see;
$28 and you get:
- a view of some greenish water body.
- that construction place
- a bit of the Esplanade and marina bay.
- roads...?
- some buildings i don't even know the names of. [yea, pardon my ignorance.]
- 30 mins [approx.] , sitting/standing/walking around the air-conditioned capsule. [or, 'bubble' in my mum's friends words.]
I guess that's it.
Ohh well, for the experience, however unremarkable it was. Just to remember: I was at the top of the flyer at 6.45pm. =D I smsed Yansheng and Dewaine. haha Anyway, here are some pics i took; with the dying camera batt of mine. Not impressive at alll. So don't be expecting much.
This was before i went up.
Ooo when we came down from the flyer we went to Build-a-bear shop and i stood there smiling so silly to myself. No, not cos im going mad. Cos i saw this girl and her brother trying to make a bear. So adorable..how innocent children can be. The staff was like 'take the heart and rub it on your knee, so it can run as fast as you' and they really did it. So enthusiastically somemore. hahaha i think i somehow remembered all the lines:
" rub it on your arm, so the teddy will be as strong and healthy as you", "rub it on your tummy, so he won't go hungry", "rub it on your forehead so he will be as smart as you". Ahh, so nice to play with kids--they believe and do everything you say.
Haha i think my mum's friends are super funny. Like we were in the queue, passing popcorn around. Then she wanted to pass to the other auntie but just then a guy tried walking pass the queue and she thrusted the popcorn into his tummy. LOL. You should've seen his face.
We then went to Marina Square for dinner [Thai Express]. My mum kept telling her friends how fussy i am when it comes to food, and how much i refuse to eat. Like wth..? Okay, friends would understand how untrue that is. I can't eat a lot at one go but if you give me time, i can eat ALOT, please. Especially with burgers/ fast food.
Went to Fox, bought 2 pairs of shorts. They aren't very nice. But since they were only $36, it's ok. Oh yea, i started going around in circles cos i couldn't find the changing room. Apparently it was rather obscure to me cos it was all mirrors--the bewildering walls. And i think the two guys thought i was stupid or tryna stalk them or whatever. Cos they kept staring at me. or was it cos im pretty? HAHA KIDDING. I'm really kidding. x]
Then went home, used comp for a while then slept.
Eh you know what? This post has so many missing details. But nevermind.
